Q. If my car is under warranty do I have to take it to the dealer for service?

No you do not have to take your vehicle to the dealer for service. You can take your vehicle to any state licensed facility (preferably us) for your service. Your warranty is still in effect and valid for the life of the warranty.

Q. Do I need to make any appointment to bring my car in to Wolfsburg Automotive for service?

To provide you with the best and timely vehicle service, we highly recommend making an appointment by calling (901) 761-3443. Of course we try to accommodate emergencies or walk-ins as best we can.

Q. Does Wolfsburg Automotive use the same equipment and tools as the dealership?

Yes, at Wolfsburg, we use the VW/Audi Factory Scan Tool which gives us all the same capabilities as the dealership can provide. And our technicians are highly trained in servicing your Volkswagen, Audi, Mini, & Porsche.
